Regatta apartment information

The 2-floor Victorian apartment is newly modernised, light and very spacious. It is
situated above Regatta restaurant in the heart of Aldeburgh.

Sleeping 10 people, the apartment is ideal for large families or perhaps two families
holidaying together.

Downstairs (1st floor above restaurant):

*Designer kitchen with granite work tops, range cooker, microwave, American
fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

*Two large and elegant sitting rooms

*Log burning fireplace for cosy evenings

*Breakfast room

*Dining room/conservatory

*Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

*Television, DVD and video player

*Outside: large decked area with garden table and chairs and gas-fired BBQ

Upstairs

*Master bedroom: super king-size bed, luxury en-suite bathroom with large
separate power shower, and sea views.

*Bedroom 2: king size bed with en-suite bathroom and shower, garden views

*Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with garden views

*Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with twin single beds

*Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with twin single beds and distant sea veiws

*Bedrooms 3,4 and 5 share a bathroom and an additional shower room

Full gas central heating

All linen and towels provided

Cot, high chair and stair gates available on request

We regret that neither pets nor smoking are permitted. Apartment guests can take
advantage of a 10% discount at Regatta. With 48 hours notice (and depending on
availability) fresh fish, shellfish and other produce can be purchased for home-
preparation.

Prices start from £900 per week in the low season to £1300 per week during peak
periods
